SwissFoundations: new CEO

SwissFoundations, the association for Swiss charities, has named Richard Brogle as its new CEO. Brogle is taking over from Franziska Juch, who stepped down from her role at the end of 2020. Brogle is an engineer, lawyer and has a doctorate in chemistry (Dr. Sc. tech. ETH). He was CEO of an internationally active foundation for several years, which means he is very familiar with both the sector as a whole and SwissFoundations. He brings with him a wealth of experience in international development. He has been a member of the extra-parliamentary Advisory Commission on International Cooperation (BK IZA) since 2020.  He will take up his position on 1 June 2021 at the SwissFoundations general meeting.
