Prof. Dr. Patrick L. Krauskopf, LL.M. Harvard, is an attorney in Zurich and New York. During his 11 years at the Competition Commission (WEKO), most recently as Vice Director and Head of the "Products & Industry Division", he was in charge of the revision of the Cartel Act and the Sanctions Ordinance, among other things. At the same time, he also worked internationally to promote competition. During his time at the Competition Commission, he was also a lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and took over as head of the Centre for Competition and Commercial Law in 2009. Since 2014, he has been Chairman of AGON PARTNERS, the leading antitrust law firm in Switzerland. He is also a lecturer at several universities and universities of applied sciences in Switzerland and abroad and regularly publishes articles on competition law.
