Dr. rer. pol. Oto Potluka is Senior Researcher at the Center for Philanthropy Studies (CEPS) at the University of Basel. His research focuses on partnerships between nonprofit organisations and public administration, participatory processes within civil society, and impact analysis and evaluation.
