Michel Roux, Dr. sc. ETH With a background in agricultural economics and rural sociology, he worked at AGRIDEA in the training and further education of extension specialists in rural areas. He later headed the Swiss Association of Agricultural and Food Scientists SVIAL. In 2016, he set up his own business as a project developer and moderator in the field of nutrition. In 2018, he was involved in the founding of the Ernährungsforum Zürich, which he now serves as honorary co-president.
