He advises private individuals, family offices, foundations, trusts and trust companies in complex international inheritance disputes, estate planning, divorce and family matters and acts as executor. Werner Jahnel also acts as an attorney and arbitrator in commercial disputes and disputes between private individuals and is a lecturer or adjunct professor at Northwestern University, Chicago, and at the University of Vienna. Werner Jahnel is a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
